We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. If you're not satisfied with ColdCraft Pro for any reason, email us at support@coldcraft.app within 7 days and we'll issue a complete refund — no questions asked.
Refunds are not available for subscription renewals after the initial 7-day window. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
To cancel your subscription, email support@coldcraft.app with your account email. We will cancel your subscription and confirm via email within 24 hours.
Email support@coldcraft.app with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
