ColdCraft is an AI-powered cold email generation tool. We provide software-as-a-service (SaaS) that helps users generate email copy using artificial intelligence. We do not send emails on your behalf.
The Pro plan is billed monthly at $19 USD. Billing is handled securely by Paddle. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your billing portal.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first month. To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase. Refunds are not available for subsequent billing periods. See our full Refund Policy.
You agree not to use ColdCraft to generate spam, harass individuals, violate anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.), or send unsolicited bulk email. You are solely responsible for how you use the generated content.
You retain ownership of any content you input. The AI-generated outputs are licensed to you for any lawful use. ColdCraft retains all rights to the underlying software and platform.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated emails will achieve any specific results including reply rates or meetings booked.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ColdCraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
